If you are already an active Green Spa Box monthly subscriber, the boxes ship any day around the 8th of each month. If you are a new subscriber, your box should ship within 30 business days after sign up. Generally, we start sending the 5th of each month, but sometimes there are elements outside of our control that might hinder our ability to hold this promise. In those cases, we will be sure to communicate them to you and provide relevant updates.
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. Please email at: [email protected] To be sure you will not be billed for the next month's box, cancel before the 5th of the month prior.
If you are already an active Green Spa Box monthly subscriber, you will be billed on the 15th of each month. If you are a new subscriber, you will be billed on the day that you sign up.
You can update your billing information at any time logging into your account here. To ensure your changes are registered in time, be sure to update your information before your next box is shipped.
We do not allow subscription box returns. If your box happens to arrive damaged or you are missing and item, please notify us through email within 5 DAYS upon receiving your box and we will make arrangements to get you a new box. In some cases, we will issue you a credit or we will refund the cost of the box for the Monthly Subscription plan or One time purchase boxes only. Other subscription plans such as Six (6) months and Yearly (12 months) will only be considered for a 50% refund or credit of the total amount.
